On the precious of new legislation affording student athletes the opportunity to monetize their intellectual property, names, and likenesses, we think it is crucial that we provide them the necessary information to understand how it works.
As the NIL is such a new and mostly unknown concept, it’s important for all of us to get educated on this new economy and to extend its educational responsibility to our student athletes to better understand their rights as these major universities are recruiting them.
We have been able to secure one of the largest student athlete NIL programs, MOGL, to come do a presentation for the student athletes, parents and coaches in New Jersey.
This organization is educating and assisting student athletes in monetizing their intellectual property, thereby empowering them with alternative opportunities and expanding their options.
